Our nameservers are NS1.NOMADPH.COM and NS2.NOMADPH.COM.
Is it OK to just get webhosting from you
without getting a Domain?
Yup! Your URL will be: yourname.nomadph.com. You will still have all features, including
email support (in this case, your email will be in this format: name@yourname.nomadph.com).
If you have an existing domain already and just want to switch hosting to us, you may
use our nameservers listed above.
How long before my domain is available?
We register your domain on the same day we activate your hosting account with us (unless
you bought your domain on a later date, of course). Domain propagation period usually
lasts for 2~3 days, but rarely more than 3 days.
Is it possible to upgrade/downgrade my
hosting plan with you?
Yup! Upgrading/Downgrading of hosting plans are free of charge. But we recommend that
you do this at the end of a month, so you won't have problems with questions like
"when will be my next billing period?", "what is my fee for this month?", etc.
It is, however, OK with us if you choose to upgrade/downgrade in the middle of the
month. We will just charge you with how many days you used up your previous hosting
plans & how many days left for your new hosting plans. This will ensure that everything

What happens if I exceed my monthly bandwidth?
Your site will be inaccessible for the time being. To avoid this you should inform us
that you are willing to pay additional bandwidth fees or upgrade your current plan
that will fit your website traffic.
No hidden charges?
Nope! No hidden charges of any kind. No setup fee also.
Do you allow advance payments, for example, 1 year?
Yes, we allow advance payment for our hosting plans. Just email us how much you deposited
and on what date/time. Also, please keep the deposit slip, just in case we shall be needing
it for verification.
Do I have to send you email confirming
that I have deposited at your Banco de Oro bank account?
Yep, you will have to send us an email informing us that you have deposited your
payment in our account. We will then confirm if payment has been made thru the Internet.
Will I be receiving monthly bills?
You will receive emails from us reminding you of your next month's billing.
How long before my account is activated?
Your account will be setup within 24 hours upon receipt & confirmation of payment.
What are your modes of payment?
We currently accept bank deposits thru any branch of Banco de Oro bank nationwide. We
do not accept credit cards as of the moment.
Do you support ASP/JSP?
No, we do not support ASP/JSP. We currently support PHP though.
Do you support PHP?
Yes we do! :)
Do you allow CGI scripts?
Yes we allow CGI scripts.
Do you have support for Frontpage extensions?
Yup! This is turned on by default on our hosting plans also. If for any reason
you wish to turn off support for this extension, just inform us.
