Unmanaged VPS Hosting FAQ

  • Which operating systems (OS) do you offer?
    • All of our OS templates are based on 64-bit architecture only: CentOS 6/7, CloudLinux 7, Debian 8, Debian 9, Debian 10, Fedora 28, Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 16.04, Ubuntu 18.04
  • What happens if I run out of bandwidth?
    • Your server port speed is reduced by 10x until the new month starts. We won't charge any extra fees or suspend your services if you run out of bandwidth.
  • Where are your servers located?
    • Our servers are located in Europe / Lithuania.
  • How many IPv4 addresses are included?
    • Each VPS includes one IPv4 address. More IPv4 address can be ordered as an add-on after server deployment (maximum of 31 additional IPs per single instance)
  • Can I use the CPU at 100% all the time?
    • CPU core(s) can be loaded up to 90% of capacity, bursting up to 100% for no more than 59 minutes. If you exceed this limit, our system will take appropriate actions to avoid CPU abuse by decreasing your CPU capacity 10% per hour. Also your CPU usage should not have affects to the performance of the server node.
  • What is KVM-based virtualization?
    • KVM virtualization enables provisioning of VPS based on independent dedicated resources with near-physical server characteristics and the same management and configuration principles.
  • What hardware runs your servers?
    • Servers are powered by multi-core (14 cores / 28 threads) Intel Xeon Gold 6132 processors. We pack 384GB RAM into each node along with dedicated 4Gbps network connection.
